Delivery is free within the European Union. Our aim is to dispatch all orders between 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri, not inc. Bank Holidays) from your order confirmation.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. Saturday deliveries may be available upon request but this will incur an extra charge as per the courier’s rate at the time.
We will only deliver goods to the address provided on your order. If another delivery address is provided after an order is received, we will make further checks to verify this address and once verified we will dispatch your order accordingly.
The Products will be shipped to the delivery address indicated on the order by the Customer.
Pennata reserves the right at its own discretion to refuse, suspend or cancel the delivery or any of its obligations deriving from the sales agreement in the case of alleged fraud, non-performance or violation by the Customer of its obligations assumed with Pennata in previous orders and/or sales agreements.
If an order cannot be delivered or collected at a pick-up center, or if a shipment will be returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges related to the shipment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a free exchanges policy. This means that you will not be charged delivery again when your replacement item(s) are sent out. The cost of returning the items to us will not be refunded. Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you an estimate for this please sends us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to: Pennata – 1 Filament Walk 225 The Light Bulb – SW18 4GQ – London UK.
The refund is only offered if the products are not used and returned to Pennata in their original condition. Items that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. All items will only be honoured if the label remains intact. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care, do not use unnecessary force and that you are not wearing perfume which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
If you wish to return your item to Pennata you may do so within 30 days after delivery of your order by sending an email to email@example.com, including your order number, which item you want to return and why you want to return it. You will then receive the necessary information in order to proceed with your return and getting your refund or replacement product.
